Watson Family - Rose 750ml BFCM24 which we then covered in"We continue to explore the possibilities of ros in Margaret River. In 2021 we made our ros from low cropping Shiraz for juicy flavours, and 11% Cabernet Franc for aromatic tension and structure. This ros is made in the traditional style after harvesting, the grapes were crushed then pressed off to stainless steel tank to undergo a slow and cool fermentation. It was then bottled early to preserve freshness. Watson Family Ros is brilliant pale salmon.
